BosGuy cooks wicked awesome pork with maple syrup

I’ve grown up consuming real maple syrup all my life, and the abundance of this in New England makes it a popular ingredient.

I love to cook with maple syrup; a natural sweetener that complements pork and chicken as a glaze.  The meal I’ve pulled together in the video below cost approximately $12 and took me less than 20 minutes.

Bon Appetit!

  2. Too much sweet stuff for me. Syrup. Cranberries. Apples. But I like watching. ;-)

  3. oh – you have to do (and I know it sounds gross) maple syrup and dijon mustard. I’ll send you the recipe.

  4. nicely done… yummy.
I might try that at some point…

  5. How is it that you do not have your own show on the Food Network?? Nice job!
