NEW express service from Back Bay to Logan Airport

Back Bay Logan Express ServiceHat tip to Adam, local blogger of the Boston Hospitality and Tourism Industry Blog and all-around great guy, for sharing the news that Massport has launched a new Logan Airport Express bus service that leaves from Hynes Convention Center on Boylston Street every 20 minutes, leaving on the hour as well as :20 and :40 minutes past the hour from 5am to 9pm.  The bus will make one additional stop at Copley Square by the Boston Public Library at 650 Boylston Street.

The bus route time is approximately 20 minutes, but extra time should be allowed by travelers during rush hour.  The fare is $5 per passenger, and free for riders with a current, valid MBTA pass.   Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Diners Club will be accepted and all buses are wheelchair accessible.  This service is two-year pilot program during the time that Government Center is closed for renovations.
