Americans are emotional

emotional-mapAccording to a recent article published in the Washington Post, Americans are very emotional.  Since 2009, the Gallup polling firm has surveyed people in 150 countries and territories on, among other things, their daily emotional experience.  They’ve determined that Singapore is the least emotional country and The Philippines the most.  However, I’m somewhat suspect, because I’ve been in a relationship with a Brazilian for quite awhile and we are nowhere near as emotional as our Latin friends to the south.

What do you think about this survey? What nations would you assume would be the most and least emotional?

One response to “Americans are emotional

  1. Really? The Brits are as emotional as the Greeks? And even more than the Italians? Hmmmm. I’m sorry but I don’t really agree.
