  1. Oh cool. I know last time I was at the MFA a few years back when they had the Titian, Tintoretto, Veronese exhibit. That was fascinating in itself, particularly the paintings of St. Jerome – how differently they were portrayed. I’m not religious, but the colors, blues, reds were astounding.

    And I happened upon John Singer Sargent’s works – he knew the male body pretty damned well. Some of his drawings are hot stuff. So perhaps it’s worth a re-visit if he’s the central exhibit now.
