I’m toying with making this a weekly post. Let me know your thoughts.
I want to dedicate this and future posts, featuring vintage gay photos, to the men and women who lived in a more critical time where being true to yourself and loving who you want wasn’t always an option and came at a great price.
Fantastic. Go ahead!!!

This is a great idea. Did you see Bianchi’s post card book on P’town in the 60’s and 70’s? That was memory lane for me. Yes, I’m that old!

Great idea. I think it’s important for all of us, but young gay people in particular, to know something about gay history. … their “heritage,” so to speak. It may help broaden and deepen their sense of identity and, maybe, their ethical/moral purpose in the world. There’s a history of oppression and political/social activism that many young gay people who take their “rights” for granted need to know more about….. Good luck.

Please do this! I appreciate where we are headed, as a community, but we all-too-often forget about where we’ve been.

I think we don’t celebrate our history enough and that it’s a great idea.

I believe these type photos as a weekly feature is a great idea. If you don’t know where you are coming from, you won’t know where you are going.

As one approaching vintage-hood myself, I think this is worth pursuing.

Good morning, BosGuy.
I think this is a fantastic feature, and I certainly would love seeing it as a regular “column” on your blog.
Yes, please do it. Thank you.
