Okay so it looks like this guy is sporting a very large sporran on jockstrap rather than a kilt but he does seem to have all the kilt accessories so I went with this and hope you’ll appreciate the yellow tartan and his tassels.

Besides the missing kilt, the sporran may be oversized because what is behind it is oversized. It does make for a sexy pic though.
