    ridiculous and insulting to the Lebanese people … no, not talking about lesbians, but the people of Lebanon.

      Why is co-opting a word that sounds similar to another (Lesbian / Lebanese) offensive? Play on words is not something new, it was hilarious in Golden Girls when they confused the two words in different episodes, and I don’t see anything insulting about cross referencing anything that is gay / lesbian / homosexual with another term.

    Disappointed. The term actually is a description of the people of Lebanon.
