As is so often the case with important messages, those who need to read or hear them turn a blind eye or deaf ear. However, when DJ Michael tweeted out this photo today, I couldn’t resist piling on by sharing as well. I only hope that the understandable anger and frustration that has come out of Orlando tragedy will be directed into more positive actions that will help heal and bring hope.

Unfortunately, most churches think they are loving and not hating when they reach out to us to show us the err of our ways and how we are going to destroy the earth unless we repent and turn away from our “sin”. They seem blinded by their god’s love.
