Each Pride there is that one party or event that exceeds expectations and floods Facebook with photos. For the past three years that event during Boston Pride (in my opinion) has been Heels for Hope.
When Michael Labrecque and his friends started this event / fundraiser to help raise funds for Boston Alliance for Gay and Lesbian Youth (BAGLY) they had no idea how popular this ‘unofficial’ Boston Pride event would be. This year the event has moved to Club Cafe and will take place tonight. You can buy a pair of heels if you’re in a pinch at Dorothy’s Boutique on Mass Ave and head over to Club Cafe.
