Chef, restaurateur and model, Franco Noriega is eye candy of the most tempting sort so it isn’t a surprise that his Instagram account has more than 400,000 followers. This Peruvian chef who now calls NYC home has a swimmer’s build that is downright distracting and often on display as you can see.
The fact that he is a successful chef and owner of the cozy Lower East Side Peruvian restaurant, Baby Brasa, in New York City only makes him more attractive and interesting to follow.
