This week’s photo was sent to me from my friend Steve Ali. I’m unsure of the place or date but from the attire I would guess the 1940s or 1950s. Regardless of the date or location, it is clear the two men are happy to see each other.

I would rather say 1920s or 30s… the 40s ans beyond looked very like today in terms of men fashion
