    The bow tie and wallpaper scream the 70s. The beard suggests early 70s.

    I may be completely wrong, but this looks like a picture I saw when I watched P”.S. Burn This Letter Please” a documentary about New York City’s drag community. It just looks very familiar. By the way, the documentary is fascinating. It’s available on Amazon Prime Video.
