Did you know that each Monday the LGBTQ+ social group Boston Gaymers meet at Club Cafe for their weekly Queer Board Game Night?
The event has grown in popularity and seating is assigned based on tickets sold so if you are coming with a friend or group, it is recommended that you purchase tickets for your entire party rather than individually. This will help ensure you can sit together. Additionally, organizers recommend larger groups arrive 30 minutes early to ensure you can find seating together.
Paige Turner returns to Club Cafe with a new show for the third time in a year. Last February Sergio and I saw her show My Funny Valentine. Paige puts on an excellent show and is worth every penny IMO. This show, Tucking Myself In! features ridiculous parodies and songs that Paige sings live from HAIRSPRAY, TAYLOR SWIFT, MUPPETS, CARLY RAE JEPSEN.
Make plans with friends or for a fun date night and get your tickets before she sells out (because she ALWAYS sells out). Trust me when I tell you that by the time her show comes to Boston in late February you’re going to need / want a fun night out. Tickets start at $30 for her two shows on Friday, February 24 and Saturday, February 25.

Did you miss seeing SIX, the very popular Broadway musical touring the US when it came to Boston earlier this year? Pride in Boston will have more grassroots feel this year with the dissolution of Boston Pride. Much thanks needs to go to Boston’s local gay bars and organizations that have have stepped into the void, promising a more diverse and unapologetically queer expression of Pride than Boston has seen in years. Please show these organizations some love and have a fabulous PRIDE.
More programming and events will be added as they are announced and promoted each Sunday in June. To see the full list of Boston Pride events visit 2022 Boston Pride Guide.

Boston’s Sisters will be back at Club Cafe Boston to host a bingo cabaret extravaganza on Saturday, July 31 complete with giveaways, gift certificates, and of course all the fun and camp that only the Boston’s Sisters can bring.
Last year The Boston Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence gave $1,000 grants to ten local organizations impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic and at Chrismas they were able to provide hundreds of holiday, but these charitable acts have depleted their community grants fund.
100% of all proceeds go to the Sister’s Community Grant Fund
Purchasing tickets to attend the Sister’s bingo / cabaret extravaganza is a great way to have a lot of fun and help the sisters continue their important work. While you’re there toss’em an extra Jackson when they walk around to collect Indulgences. If you cannot join on Saturday, July 31, but you want to show your support, you can make a donation. The Boston Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence are a 501c3 non-profit, and all donations are tax-deductible.
Much thanks to Sister Lida Christ for the heads up about this event.
