I’m re-posting this Furry Friday post which I first shared in 2013 of my former personal trainer, Stu, who I worked out with for about 3.5 years. Stu became a Dad earlier this year and is a great guy.

I assume these two guys are fixated on intermittent fasting or are obsessed with keto so I can envy their physique, but if I were to learn they regularly eat a bag of chips and jar of salsa, I might just hate them. Does this make me a bad person?

I never intended my weekly Furry Friday post to be filled with hairy chested models. I prefer guys with a mischievous streak who look like they’d be fun to grab a beer with over a Kevin McDermott model any day of the week but sadly guys like this week’s post are far and few between. This has been a very trying spring and while summer technically doesn’t start until June 20th, Memorial Day weekend is traditionally the start of the summer season here in New England. Here is to hoping for a better summer than spring.
