Provincetown’s Carnival celebration wil start this weekend. The theme this year is “Somewhere Over The Rainbow”.
Note that Provincetown has a strict mask policy when indoors and many places require proof of vaccination so snap a photo of your CDC vaccination card or bring it with you. The strict adherence was put in place after infection rates spiked following the July 4th weekend. Since reinstating the mask mandate, infection rates have dropped dramatically*.
