Boston butt

Boston ButtBosGuy blog reader, Mark, forward me this photograph last week after visiting the Publix grocery store in Wilton Manors, Florida.  Mark gave me a good laugh, sending me this photo with the message “Oddly the second I saw it I thought of you and your blog.”

    One thing they have down south that I love is their version of pulled pork barbecue. They sell the stuff in gallon buckets in the supermarkets. I keep meaning to get a bunch of dry ice and bring some back.
