The Cathedral of the Holy Cross which owns the parking lot at 600 Harrison Avenue has leased development rights to allow for 160 apartments (with 21 affordable units and 3,600 square feet of retail or restaurant space) as well as enough underground parking to accommodate the Cathedral’s existing 79 spaces and more for residents.
