Although I am a firm believer in people drinking what ever wine(s) they like, I also agree that guidelines can be very helpful.

If you are planning to host or have been invited to a dinner party and you know what will be served, use this as a guide for wines to serve or bring for the occasion.

    Well of course – but in the course of my journey through different recipes, foods, etc. and wines, ales etc. I found a lot of pairings that way.
