Introduction to ballet 5 week class

Ballet DancerAlways wanted to learn to dance? Looking for a different way to develop long, lean muscle tone or maybe you just need a distraction from winter?

My friend Christopher will be teaching a new five-week course where you can learn the fundamentals of classical ballet technique. Taking the class will help you build strength and is open to all – no previous dancing experience is necessary.

Sound interesting? Give the class a try and while you are at it, grab a friend or two to join you.  Classes begin February 27, 2015 at Boston Ballet School’s Newton Studio and on March 7, 2015 at Boston Ballet School’s Boston Studio in the South End.  The course includes a free ticket to Boston Ballet’s Shades of Sound on March 28.

  2. For those who can’t go to Boston and want a ballet body like Edward Watson, Jorge Barami. or Dimitrii Simkin may I sugg you go to youtube and look for NYC Ballet “Workout” parts 1 and 2. There are a few other workouts equally as hard. whats harder lifting 125lb weight or a 125lb gal in a tutu,?
