You know, I usually have a good memory, but I have previously forgotten someone’s first name is Robert or Rob.
Allow me to reintroduce myself. My name is Robert Alvarez. Yes, I know, why would a Robert forget someone is named the same or similarly? When I learn the answer, I shall happily share it.
