Rumor has it Abbey Group is the buyer of Boston Flower Market

TheRealReporter.com says the Abbey Group is the money behind the rumored $40 million purchase for the 5.5 acre Boston Flower Exchange. According to the article, tenants have been told they need to vacate 540 Albany St. by year’s end. The lack of transparency and secrecy that has surrounded the Flower Exchange purchase to date is not going to sit well with neighborhood associations, but I remain curious to find out what is planned and hope more details from the developer will be forthcoming.
