If you’ve been to either the South End Open Market or Ink Block lately you will notice a lot of activity on the city block across from both at 345 Harrison Avenue. Construction for this fourteen story, nearly 600-unit apartment complex has started in earnest, and the multi-building residential project will add 535,900 square feet of new space that will include approximately 40,000 square feet of ground-floor retail.
According to a website set up to promote 345 Harrison Avenue, resident amenities will include a 14th floor Sky Lounge, a resort-style pool and a fully-equipped fitness center. A one-story underground parking garage containing approximately 275 automobile spaces and 325 bicycle spaces.
According to the BRA construction is expected to conclude in late 2018.

325 bicycle spaces is fantastic! I wonder if any will allow for a scooter – that would be ideal!
