loveWild Nights – Wild Nights!
Were I with thee
Wild Nights should be
Our luxury!

Futile – the winds –
To a heart in port –
Done with the compass –
Done with the chart!

Rowing in Eden –
Ah, the sea!
Might I moor – Tonight –
In thee!

  2. That sure is prettier than the one I wrote for my hubby about forty years ago. Here’s a sample:
    I’m your coffee, you’re my sugar.
    You’re my nostril, I’m your booger.

    We’re coming up on forty-two years and the romance is still strong! 🙂
