In case you missed it, earlier this month JetBlue Airlines announced that it would start flying nonstop flights from both Boston and New York City to London starting in 2021. An airline representative said that JetBlue would convert an existing order with Airbus to acquire 13 A321LR jets. These planes will be outfitted much like the Airbus planes that JetBlue flies on transcon routes but with more flat seats in their premium cabin called Mint.
Below is the image JetBlue tweeted out on April 10th to announce the new service from Boston and New York City to London.
JetBlue’s announcement comes just weeks after Delta Airlines announced their new relationship with Virgin Atlantic will add nonstop service to London’s Gatwick Airport from New York and Boston sometime in 2020.
