I love this week’s photo. Based on their dress, I’m assuming this was taken somewhere in the west but I really have no clue as to when or where this may have been taken. Anyone care to take a guess?

A very nice picture, but are these two guys necessarily gay? Leaning on someone’s shoulder is not an obvious display of particular affection, is it?
