Monday morning mancandy

This should’ve been Bear Week in Provincetown, but the Coronavirus put a stop to that this year. Brian Sims, Pennsylvania 182 District State Representative from Philadelphia, has been a fixture at Bear Week for years, so I thought he would make for  the perfect mancandy monday post this week.
