No idea when this photo was taken. I assume the language on the sign is in Russian, but I’m otherwise stumped by this photo. If you can help date this based on their clothing / appearance leave your guess as a comment for all to see.

this is the end of the 80s, the city of Odessa, Ukraine, USSR, near the entrance to the institution where marriage is celebrated

It looks to be a civil registration office, i.e. a government office where people got married, in the Soviet Union

I suspect it will be the late 70’s or early 80’s.
Considering how Russians today think about same-sex love, I can only hope that these two were able to be very happy in hiding and that you were able to enjoy yourselves without too much bitterness. Life is already too difficult for you to put a Putin in your life….
