Here I am blatantly pandering to entice visitors. However, even as I’m posting this, I realize I’m piss poor by comparison to others, but now that I have your attention, feel free to browse my other posts.

    I blog for the same reason:L documenting where I am at the moment. Readers are the gravy/frosting. But, also, to get readers, you have to be a reader. Don't forget to leave comments on the blogs you read, too.

    Aw…thx guys. This was a feeble attempt to catch the eye of new readers not forsake those who regularly stop by. This week noticed the "stats" tab in Blogger, and I wanted to see if posting handsome men would lead to a bump. Alas, it did not. The main reason I write this blog is self-serving; to record memories and that won't change.

    You blog because you want to, Rob. Visitors on blogs are down everywhere, doesn't matter if you're on blogspot, wordpress or livejournal. Now the hype is twitter & FB, tomorrow who knows.As long as you stay YOU, I'll read and comment.

    Listen pumpkin, here's the deal…..we all go through this "I want more readers" phase. But, honestly, I'd rather read some pointed, perfectly honest revelation of your heart and head than the pics. Don't get me wrong….I dig the pics. But I have to be honest that in the year 2011, I'll be looking at less pictures on the internet and reading more introspective words. I'm a reader. Pics or no pics.
