The weekend forecast in Boston appears to be true – its already in the low 80s and is absolutely gorgeous with plenty of sun and a relatively warm breeze. It is rare for Boston to see temperatures in the 80s in October (and rarer still for the sun and warmth to coincide with a holiday weekend).
For those in warmer climates this may seem chilly or less than ideal, but I would chalk this up as a beautiful autumn weekend, and I hope you are enjoying yourself wherever you may be.

And here in South Florida it is miserable…has been raining for two days without stopping and it seems that your temperatures are higher than ours right now…the water in my swimming pool is cold and an indication that we won’t be swimming until at the very least April.

A perfect day down here in RI also! Went out this AM with a friend to buy Chrysanthemums and then a mid-afternoon lunch with another friend at a restaurant which we haven’t been to in about three years. Tomorrow looks like a repeat of today!
