BosGuy brain teaser

Each Friday morning I post a riddle or some type of brain teaser to get you to think outside the box and to exercise your brain.

I have not included an optical teaser in quite a while and thought this was rather interesting. At first glance what do you see?  There is a message that becomes apparent when you take a closer look.  Do you see it?
