Pay it Forward

Perhaps my favorite news story from last week happened to be a local story that went viral when it was published by Huffington Post. Last Tuesday while dining at an unnamed restaurant in Boston a man noticed that two women got very emotional after getting a call from their doctor with news of a diagnosis.  The unnamed gentleman signaled to his waiter that he’d like to pay for his check and the ladies next to him without their knowing.

I never tire of these stories and wish that these nameless Samaritans were more often acknowledged.  Want to read more about the story? HuffingtonPost has a nice article here.
