There seem to be conflicting reports about The city of Boston “Winter’s Landing” in City Hall Plaza.
Earlier this month it was reported that Winter’s Landing would include an Olympic size skating rink called Frozen Harbor as well as a 2-story 20,000 square foot bar called The Polar Bear. However, conflicting reports after the story broke made it sound like permits and rumbling from neighbors may impact the bar, The Polar Bear, from opening.
