This week’s riddle: If a high speed electric train is traveling south and the wind is coming from the northwest, which direction would the smoke from the train be blowing?

Electric trains do not have exhaust emissions.

From no direction. There is no smoke coming out of an electric train, unless, of course, it’s on fire! 🙂

smoke? I didn’t think you could smoke on trains any more. that would be the only smoke, unless there was a fire. electric trains don’t smoke.

That’s an easy one – there is no smoke coming from an electric train. Now arcing is another issue – you might get a whiff of ozone.
