  1. If you are looking to travel – especially internationally this show is a must!

The international air market to/from KBOS has lots of new entries – and lots of new exciting destinations. The carriers are looking for passengers and offering some great deals. The deals are even sweeter at the show. Especially when they overlap cities.

Last summer we went business first KBOS to KEF with a four day stopover and then to Munich from KEF business return for a week and back to KBOS full itinerary business/first – what they call Saga class.

The second leg of our return to KBOS was oversold in both classes and we were offered compensation as a free room and breakfast for two to five days – until we could board with positive space.

Icelandair was very attentive to us every day.

And if we were still in the hotel by 13h00 they covered daily lunch and dinner daily along with continuing our stay on the club floor. And we were never (key behavioral tip) obnoxious, rude or demanding.

There were a few days where the airline staff just asked if we could hold back a few moments. We did.

Every one of the days the associates thanked us (one not to be named explained that she was 23 years old and dally was not ready for the aggression people were demonstrating towards her as she began to be seen as the punching bag.)
