Word of the day: Verklempt

handsome, hunk, sexy, shirtless, musclesI like to think of my blog as an important, educational site that can help you expand your vocabulary.  Today’s vocabulary word is verklempt.

Verklempt
Originates from Yiddish אַרקלעמט ‎or farklemt and the German word verklemmt.
Definition: choked with emotion
Used in a sentence:  Oy, vey! When I saw this photo I got all verklempt.
