Black Friday

shirtless, wicked gawjus, black, black man, absBlack Friday is traditionally considered the start of the Christmas shopping season and is best characterized mad house of crazed shoppers invading every mall and retail shop. As a result, each “Black Friday” I share my version, which I think most of my readers will agree is far more palatable than heading to a mall.

    • JJ,

It seems to me you might want to understand the meaning of the words you use before you say them aloud or put them in print.

I’ve include the definition of racism for you since you don’t seem to or understand its meaning. It would be for the benefit of all if such comments were only used properly. Indiscriminate use of such words in part are what has buoyed men like Donald Trump, claiming we live in a world of political correctness.

RACIST is a person who believes that a particular race is superior to another.
synonyms: racial bigot, racialist, xenophobe, chauvinist, supremacist

Please explain to me how inserting a photo of handsome black man under a post called Black Friday (on Black Friday no less) implies that I believe any race is superior? Wouldn’t you actually think it is a play on words – like many of my posts are? Perhaps my wit is too much for you to comprehend.

When you indiscriminately or incorrectly label someone a racist, you do injustice to those who have faced racism and you blunt the full meaning of the word when it is applied in the future.
