Although I don’t observe the Jewish holiday of Hanukkah, I believe today marks the end of the “festival of lights”. I’d like to thank Tim H. for sharing the video with me earlier this week. It seems like a nice way to acknowledge the holiday.

Whilst the festival draws to a close, now we focus on Purim and assorted shenanigans! I’ve almost OD’d on Hanukkah foods such as latkes, sufganiyot, noodle kugel and brisket. Key word — almost.
