53rd Head of the Charles Regatta is Saturday and Sunday

There are also several local theater companies with new plays, including Central Square Theater’s The Revolutionists, SpeakEasy Stage production of  The Curiuos Incident of the Dog in the Nighttime and The Lyric Stage new show, Souvenir (both of which open this Friday night).

However the biggest event of the week is 53rd Head of the Charles Regatta which will bring more than 11,000 athletes to Boston and Cambridge to race all day Saturday and Sunday along the Charles River.

Queer Inclusive Climbing Klub (QuICK) Friday is pizza night and climbing at Brooklyn Boulders in Somerville

The Curiuos Incident of the Dog in the Nighttime (Opening Night) The SpeakEasy Stage Company’s latest production from their 2017/2018 season opens on Friday and runs through November 25th

Souvenir (Opening Night) The Lyric Stage Company’s latest production from their 2017/2018 season opens Friday and runs through November 19th
