Saying goodbye to summer

Summer always passes too quickly for my liking. Although fall doesn’t technically start for another few weeks, the season officially ends in the United States with Labor Day. I suppose the summer like temperatures we will experience through this week is a small consolation.

Sergio and I were able to get away for a few fun trips this summer including a fantastic stay in Montreal. We also flew to Brazil to celebrate Sergio’s mother’s 86th birthday, which was followed by a fun weekend with my family on Lake Winnipesaukee in NH. Finally, in August we were able to enjoy an extended stay in Provincetown during Carnival.

I hope you had a wonderful summer and made some great memories as well.
