With many people choosing to use the start of a new year as a time to make resolutions to live a healthier life, I thought it would be appropriate to share an Instagram account of my friend Joe who is a personal trainer out in San Francisco as the first featured account of 2019.
Joe is a native New Englander who moved to San Francisco a few years ago after eschewing a career in finance that he no longer felt passionate about. He has a website where you can learn more about his philosophy, areas of specialty and more. For those of you who don’t live in SF, feel free to follow his IG account which focuses on fitness and inspirational sayings.
