Riddle is confusing – top for what reason? There are 12 of the contiguous states that border Canada: there is also Alaska in the north. These days there could be the top states for Covid-19 cases, top states for unemployment numbers, top states for tax dollars sent to Washington…or maybe I’m overthinking this…
