This week I’m featuring the Instagram account of Chris Kane. The photo above was to promote last year’s Broadway Bares which raises money for the charity Broadway Cares / Equity Fights AIDS.

I was first made aware of Chris’ account through a mutual friend, Brian M. and I think for anyone who likes Broadway, following Chris would be a real treat. At the moment Chris is the Assistant Choreographer/Dance Captain/Swing for the US National Tour of Kinky Boots so there are lots of photos of Chris as he tours the U.S. With just under 3,000 Instagram followers, I’m assuming this Instagram account is one flying under your radar so check it out and follow him.

Meet Wai Kin who is a 20-something fitness model, personal trainer and coach from Hong Kong. I don’t really know much more about the handsome guy. I stumbled upon him when Homorazzi featured him as their weekly Insta-Stud.

Even though Boston Pride ended more than a week ago, I am still enjoying the vibe and all the fun we had. This week I decided to feature DJ Dan Slater who was the special guest DJ for the Back Bay Block Party. The weather and music cooperated and made it a fantastic day.

This Australian DJ who now lives in the US did a great job in part because it was so much fun watching him enjoy the music dancing either solo or on occasion with some block party revelers who would catch his eye. You can get a feel for the music he produces and plays on his SoundCloud page: danielsl8r.

As you can imagine, Daniel’s IG account is filled with promos for upcoming parties and his travels like this photo below from his account.

@travisbluemling has a great Instagram feed if you’ve been bitten by the travel bug. It doesn’t hurt that his handsome smile makes pretty much anywhere interesting.  Travis seems to always be somewhere interesting like this photo of him in Edinburgh Scotland, which he will be visiting again in July.

This week I wanted to feature a relatively new Instagram handle for Mass Bears and Cubs. This social group of men have a big event coming up with their annual Boston harbor cruise on Sunday, June 9th. You can find out more about it here.

I have to give credit to fellow blogger, JP, who made me aware of this Instagram account in his post The secret life of plants, which I recommend you check out if you have a few minutes. One doesn’t need to have a green thumb to appreciate this account as I’m sure you’ve surmised but it may inspire you to buy a few more house plants.

Pardon the pun, but you could say this account has blossomed and even has a website where they sell books, prints, mugs and the like so if you really dig the Instagram account there is some retail therapy available.

After featuring last week’s 420oldfatlesbians it seems only appropriate to feature an account that is its polar opposite with the personal trainer, fitness model and all round piece of eye-candy that is Brenton Simmons. In some of his more recent photos Brenton is getting seriously huge which isn’t really my thing but as a fitness model, I suppose that the goal. Personally, I think this photo showing him both shirtless and in a suit is picture perfect. If you’re looking for some gymspiration, look no further for this 20-something, successful entrepreneur.

Let me tell you, when I started writing my blog I never thought I would have a post about old, fat lesbians but I’m so happy to be able to share this with you. These ladies have more than 75,000 followers at this point and it is because I think they are one of the funnier accounts to follow.  Most of the posts are short videos, which only makes the updates you get in your feed more funny (be sure to check out their hashtags too – they are a riot).

I’ve been following this creative cartoonist for quite some time but only recently realized he also used Instagram to share his artwork from his cartoon / comic strip, “Daily Life of a Gay Couple”.

It is spring time and while it never gets warm enough fast enough for me, I do love the spring flowers that are telltale signs that warmer days are in my near future. @gpphysique is Curtis Fitzgerald’s Instagram account and if you’re looking to amp up the sex appeal or looking for some gymsperation, this might be an account to consider following. Ross Jirgl is originally from Wisconsin and now lives out on the West coast. If you are an avid watcher of The Bachelor you may remember his failed attempt to win back an ex-girlfriend of his who was on the show. Her rebuke ultimately gave him his 15-minutes of fame, which based on this article, it sounds like he would have been happy to do without.

As you might expect Ross has a number of head turning photos like this one which I’m sharing.  I actually used one of his past Instagram photos for a Furry Friday earlier this year which you can see here.
