Caylan Hughes describes himself as a true Southern “gingy”. He was born and raised in Nashville, TN and has transitioned from playing college sports to modeling and personal training. Unfortunately, I found out that his account is no longer active which is a shame, but you can get a feel for what his account was like by checking out this Tumblr page.

This week I’m featuring a very handsome NYC-based model / actor. I’m assuming he is as much fun as he is easy on the eyes based on his website. His bio gives a glimpse into his sense of humor, presumably referring to acting roles, “I am your hot boyfriend or lover, newlywed husband, dumb jock, gym trainer, bartender, arch-rival, prince charming, cop, firefighter, athlete, sexy underwear model, young dad or the cool teacher — and once upon a time I did actually teach middle school science.”

Ben Johnston is a Toronto-based illustrator / designer from Cape Town, South Africa. He has done extensive work with recognizable brands like Nike, Google, Lululemon, Virgin and more. This week I’m featuring a men’s lifestyle Instagram account. Larry Lim who splits his time between Brisbane and Melbourne, Australia, takes beautiful photos of him in his surroundings. Some of my favorite photos are of him strolling down the streets of Melbourne (one of my favorite cities). Larry has a sophisticated sense of style that seems very accessible. If you’re looking for more than just a pretty face (he happens to have that as well) and have an appreciation for fashion, I’d definitely suggest giving his account a closer look.

Elliott Clark is a NYC-based mixologist who shares one tempting cocktail after another on his Instagram account like the image above of him serving his Biscoff Cookies Old Fashioned. It probably doesn’t hurt that I find him terribly handsome, but I’ll let you decide for yourself. This week on Instagram I’m featuring Joel Green, a personal trainer and model, who seems to always be on the move, traveling the world. I know very little about this person except that the camera loves him, and I cannot take my eyes off of him. Check out his IG account and you’ll see photos from around Europe and Asia. If you are like me, it might take you several minutes of staring before you even realize the exotic surroundings.

This week I’m featuring another Israel-based Instagram account but unlike last week’s ridiculously distracting model, I’m suggesting an account that features the drawings of a very talented artist who focuses on the male form (usually nude). I love his drawings and my only complaint about the account is I wish the artist would post more drawings.
Like last week, this is not a well known IG accoung with only approximately 1,000 followers. I’d encourage you to check out this artist’s work. I featured this particular drawing because I love the look and it actually reminded me o f the account I featured last week.

I know very little about this bushy-haired, handsome Israeli who’s Instagram account I am obsessed with these days. Ariel David Gavriel Wollack is shown above enjoying the sun with the beautiful Greek island, Mykonos in the background. Most of his feed is filled with a combination of professional photos and personal selfies. His profile simply says he is an artist, illustrator and designer based in Tel Aviv.

I often refer to January-February-March as “museum season”, because I get a little cagey spending so much time in my apartment and feel the need to get out and walk around. Unfortunately, the winters in Boston can make that difficult so local museums become a haven where I can get out, stretch my legs and find inspiration from other’s creativity.
Adding the Harvard Art Museums Instagram account is a great way to find that same inspiration in your IG feed and can serve as a great reminder to get out and visit this world class institution.

This week I’m featuring the Instagram handle for Red Hot 100 (above is a photo of the incredibly attractive model Nicholas Faulkner). Red Hot was conceived of by photographer and filmmaker Thomas Knight. Now in its 6th year, Red Hot’s mission is to ‘rebrand the ginger male stereotype’ and champion the idea we all should celebrate what makes us unique.

With the holidays now behind us and most of North America settling in for what will be a chilly few months as we wait for spring and summer to arrive, I thought this would be the perfect account to suggest following on Instagram.
All I can tell you about Giovani is that he is a travel photographer who is based in Rio de Janeiro and that he takes some absolutely breathtaking photos. His feed is filled with gorgeous landscapes and while he loves the beach he also has some spectacular photos of nature.

With many people choosing to use the start of a new year as a time to make resolutions to live a healthier life, I thought it would be appropriate to share an Instagram account of my friend Joe who is a personal trainer out in San Francisco as the first featured account of 2019.
Joe is a native New Englander who moved to San Francisco a few years ago after eschewing a career in finance that he no longer felt passionate about. He has a website where you can learn more about his philosophy, areas of specialty and more. Unsure why Nakahiro Ito who goes also by the name of Howard is a fitness model, trainer and go go dancer based out of Taiwan. As you might expect, Nakahiro or Howard has no body fat and is very handsome.
Most of Nkahiro’s photos are selfies like the one above, but he is also prone to showing a bit of skin like this photo as well as a video every once in a while. I highly recommend you follow Nakahiro. His pictures always leave me smiling when he appears in my feed.

Vinicius happens to be one of my favorite mixologists / bar tenders. Unfortunately, I don’t get to see him often because he practices his craft in Brazil, but you can bet I enjoy the images of his creative cocktails which he often posts on his Instagram account. I can’t really tell you much about this week’s featured Instagram account other than this handsome Venezuelan now calls Sydney, Australia home. As one might suspect, most of his photos are of alfball smiling shirtless (and usually in a swim suit) on or near one of Sydney’s many beaches.
No doubt this guy would make for a fantastic Furry Friday at some point.
