Cinqo de Gayo

gay, I’m not sure how today became an excuse for excessive drinking, but if I could remake the holiday, I’d brand it as Cinqo de Gayo and use it as an excuse to have Eliad Cohen parade around shirtless in a sombrero.

I realize Eliad has no connection to Mexico, but I feel like that isn’t really an issue. Who do I petition to get this a nationally recognized holiday in the US?
