The Isabella Stewart Gardner was once Isabella’s home, but is now a museum, which has a tiny indoor courtyard with grass and flowers in bloom that are surrounded by artwork that spans centuries and continents. I predict after yesterday’s snowfall, many may be seeking out this tiny garden to escape winter and enjoy the greenery.
As you might imagine the Instagram account has some beautiful photos of the courtyard, the amazing personal artwork collection of Mrs. Gardner and events that take place in this Venetian Palace in the middle of Boston.

I love to sit in the enclosed courtyard and be silent and still. What I do is view one piece of art and user that as the base for my meditation.
I also love their concert programs. A wonderful way to discover new musical groups or reconnect with some of the groups that have been in Greater Boston that are more established.
