handsome, hairy, furryI can’t really tell you much about this popular account with nearly 200k followers other than Fran is a doctor from Madrid who also was Mr. Gay Spain 2018 and Mr. Gay World 2019.  While there are a lot of photos of him shirtless on the beach, keep in mind it is winter now so be on the look out for more photos of him out in Madrid and cute selfies like the one I’ve shared below.
