For those of you who are still dreaming of the weekend, it’s time to get ready for work.
All She Wrote Books needs your help
Boston’s only queer, inclusive bookstore is being displaced.
In the past two years, All She Wrote Books’s rent at Assembly Row has increased by 130%, and in the last four months, they have been forced to spend an additional ~$8,000 on HVAC issues, flooding repair, and more. Remaining in Assembly Row is untenable for this small business (one of only two local-owned shops on the Row) and it’s time for them to move to a space where they can set up roots.
ALL SHE WROTE BOOKS FOUND A POTENTIAL NEW HOME BUT THEY NEED YOUR HELP
The bookstore needs to raise $60k by October 15th and in their first week, they have raised nearly $20k, but they need your help in getting the word out. Please consider sharing this post or pulling information from their website and sharing this on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Threads, etc.
