Duck tour takeover announced by TWC

TWCAnyone who has lived in Boston for any amount of time will tell you the Boston Duck Tours are entertaining and a great way to spend time with visitors who want to see the city.

The 90-minute tour is narrated by extremely knowledgeable and funny tour guides.  However, this Sunday the joke will be on The Boston Duck Tours and unsuspecting tourists when The Welcoming Committee arranges a “Take Over”.  Purchase your tickets today and join this group. TWCThose crazy kids over at The Welcoming Committee (yes the very same group behind Guerrilla Queer Bar) is planning to take over an event at BoConcept in Cambridge next Wednesday, January 16.

GQB heads to Estate on Friday

Estate BostonGuerrilla Queer Bar (GQB), that underground group of LGBT men and women in Boston who “take over” a traditionally straight venue the first Friday of each month have set their sites on Estate for the first Friday night of 2013.  No plans? Check it out.
