The Welcoming Committee’s (TWC) “The Fellows” is back. For those unfamiliar with this group, it is a gay social group that is part of TWC, but geared to appeal to 30+ year old gay men who are looking to socialize and meet people.

Next week (yes during Pride Week) The Fellows returns with an unofficial Boston Pride event at the Bantam Cider Co. in Somerville. Tickets to this event is required since space it limited. For more information visit their event page.

Friday February 3rd The Welcoming Committee is heading to Sunday River in Maine for their White Out Weekend (WOW) – one of the biggest LGBTQ weekends in the northeast. The weekend is full of skiing, parties and hot tubs, and includes discounts on hotel rooms, lift tickets and equipment rentals. Early access pricing starts at $299 and includes:

• 2 nights at Sunday River Grand Summit Hotel
• Transportation between Boston or New York City and Sunday River
• Welcome party with a free drink included
• Discounted lift tickets, equipment rentals, and lessons

Even though I can’t bear the thought of winter, it is time to recognize that summer is over and the Autumn is quickly passing. As if that wasn’t obvious enough, The Welcoming Committee has opened early registration for their annual White Out Weekend (WOW) that will take place at Sunday River.
