This Instagram account is exactly what it sounds like. High quality photos and videos of very handsome men of color; usually shirtless which is more than fine in my opinion. The Massachusetts Museum of Contemporary Art (MASS MoCA) is a museum in a converted factory building complex in Western Mass. that has the distinction of having one of the largest centers for contemporary visual art and performing arts in the U.S., making it an excellent Instagram account to follow if you enjoy / appreciate contemporary art.

I really don’t know much about this handsome ginger, but I figured with the holiday season now in full swing, he might serve as motivation to show some restraint when it comes to overindulging and to motivate you to get to the gym.

Conor Naab is a relative unknown on IG with less than 4,000 followers but that doesn’t mean he isn’t worth following. Most of his photos show off his physique and his love for dogs – especially his great danes. If he looks familiar to you it might be because you saw him featured for the month of November in the RED HOT 100

This food lovers Instagram account is fuelled by a community of cooks who are proud to show off their creations like this sun-dried tomato pesto past with a vegan cream cheese by the German food blogger @biancazapatka. Photographs include all sorts of treats that are beautifully photographed and which leave me more than a little hungry and wondering why my meals never look this visually appealing to eat.

I am fascinated by architecture. This photo shown above from  Chandigarh, India is an example of Brutalism architecture – a style I find both fascinating and ugly. All I know about Bryan’s IG account is that he likes to travel but even more than traveling, he likes taking selfies. He has an incredible body and a handsome face so I don’t blame him one bit – as a matter of fact, I’m hoping that by featuring Bryan’s account he can pick up a few more followers because by IG standards this guy is an unknown with only about ~1,400 followers at the moment.

Alejandro Wolf lives in Paris but is from Cuba so clearly the last name has been tweaked but reality is not what attracts me to this particular Instagram account. Mike Balaban better known by his online and Instagram handle, bammer47, also writes a blog which you can find in my blogroll called Capturing Rainbows.  

Mike uses his Instagram account to share photos from the 70s, 80s and 90s. I love his photos and his account is one of the few that I regularly read the description. For example, the photo shared above is of Dr. Ignacio Valdez, Frank Vecchio, & Mike on Herring Cove Beach in July 1990.

Anyone who has been to Provincetown has certainly seen one of Tim’s designs. Not only does he have a great retail store on Commercial Street, but his pictures and merchandise are everywhere you look in this tiny town.

Visitors to our home will find one of his designs on our walls and recently Sergio decided to join in on a contest Tim is holding so I thought I’d combine two things I love with this week’s featured Instagram account.
